At B•THNYS, we are committed to delivering our scientific formulations and premium activewear with the utmost care. Each order is an extension of our legacy, and we ensure that every detail—from our specialized 28 GSM silk packaging to our logistics—reflects our high standards.

1. Logistics and Fulfillment

All orders are coordinated and dispatched from our distribution center in Orlando, Florida. We take pride in overseeing the quality control of every shipment before it leaves our facility.

2. Processing Times

  • Regular Processing: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed.

  • Global Launch (May 2026): Due to the high volume anticipated for our official launch, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package meets the B•THNYS excellence.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to share our mission globally.

  • Import Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Clearance: ABUH GLOBAL LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance processes of the destination country.

5. Liability and Carrier Issues

Once a package departs our Orlando facility and is in the possession of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international freight), ABUH GLOBAL LLC is no longer liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
